Irmangka Irmangka

This range of Irmangka products were lovingly handmade by local Aboriginal people in South Australia. Through their use of traditional knowledge they have created this range of products to soothe the skin and treat common ailments such as muscle and joint inflamation and cold and flu.

In making these products, the Irmangka oil is extracted from the leaves and combined with high quality skin soothing ingredients such as Shea Butter and Coconut oil.

The medicinal plants are sustainably harvested and ethically sourced. Shop Homelands is proud to be working with local Aboriginal businesses such as this to support sustainable industries and promote black business.

About the Creator:

"My name is Dawn Brown I am 54 years of age and I come from Coober Pedy. My journey with Irmangka Irmangka started as a young woman. After many years of watching and learning from many of the senior women from the western desert areas it has enable me to make my own recipe. I have got the traditional recipe and infused it with other vegan friendly ingredients to suit the average person of today."

Shop Homelands acknowledges the Traditional Owners of Country throughout Australia and recognises their continuing connection to lands, waters, culture and community. We pay our respect to them and their cultures; and to Elders past, present and future.
