Irmangka Irmangka is a traditionally used by Aboriginal people in Central Australia to treat arthritis, muscle and joint aches and pains, inflamation, headaches, cramps and cold and flu.
This balm can also be used to treat skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis and dry skin.
